Returns


We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at nadja@coveinteriors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost. 

You have a choice if whether or not you'd like a new item or a full refund. Please specify this in your request to us.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at nadja@coveinteriors.co.uk and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.

Photo's required:

An image of the damaged item and a clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in. 

If no photos are provided, then we will expect the item to be sent back to us (all postage charges will be refunded to you in full), so that we can discuss this with our suppliers. Please send us proof of postage once this has been done, so we can organise this for you.

If you decide that you'd like a new item shipped out to you, then this won't be dispatched until the faulty item has made it's way back to us.
